1. Features
Ideagen Healthcare Guardian is now part of Ideagen Hub
Version 25.3 allows integration of Ideagen Healthcare Guardian with Ideagen Hub - a platform uniting all your Ideagen solutions, Ideagen Luminate support, and AI features in one secure place. One login. Everything you need, where you need it.
Hub integration isn’t automatic. The migration is a guided, phased process. You’ll be notified in advance with preparation details. Meanwhile, upgrading to 25.3 won’t affect your current access or use. More information will be provided before your migration.

Security improvements
This release includes a number of internal security improvements identified through our ongoing vulnerability scanning programme. These changes have no impact on how you use the product and reflect our continued commitment to keeping Ideagen Healthcare Guardian secure.
2. Fixes
| Fix | Description |

| Cascade list | Fixed an issue where level 3 cascade items were displaying multiple results without being correctly filtered by their parent selection. |
| Add Attachment dialogue opens twice | Resolved an issue which caused the attachment dialogue to incorrectly open twice in some circumstances. |
| Questionnaire images | Images added via the documents button are now correctly stored as images (with thumbnail support) rather than as documents. |
| Email question type | Fixed a bug where clearing an email field did not correctly trigger conditional show/hide logic on other questions. |
