1. Breaking changes

There are no breaking changes in this update.

2. LFPSE v6 upgrade

Ideagen Healthcare Guardian now provides an upgrade path from Learn From Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) v5 to LFPSE v6 for administrators.

3. Improvements

Questionnaire Draft

Questionnaires can now be saved as DRAFT. This allows updates to the Questionnaire without updating the underlying data structure. So you can work on your draft without affecting live questionnaires – until you’re ready to publish your changes.

When you’re happy with your changes, you can save your draft as a new version or overwrite the latest version.

If a different version is updated, any draft version will be deleted. The system provides a warning if a draft version exists.

Note: A maximum of one draft may exist at any time for a questionnaire.

4. Fixes

Questionnaire

• Long word template names no longer overlap in the Questionnaire left panel.
• Version picker now works correctly when there is only one Questionnaire in the Type (eg, LFPSE).

Transform to Group

• Transform to Group now applied to every answer of multiple choice questions.

Sunburst

• Linked frames correctly update on reselecting a trigger.
