You cannot 'un-deploy' an audit within Ideagen Healthcare Guardian in the same way an audit can be deployed using the audit deployment tool. However, there are options available, based on your specific requirement(s).
Option 1 - Keep existing data but restrict future completions
If you want to keep the existing data (and just stop users being able to complete the audit going forward. You could add an end date to the audit object.
- Right-click on the row (for the audit you want to end date)
- Click Open Notebook
- Click All Fields
- Click Edit (Pencil Icon)
-
Set End (We would recommend you set the end of these to the last date of the previous reporting period for the audit)
- Open your Audit Completion Page in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian DESIGNER.
- Click Data (Power Query)
- Update the Global Criteria (as shown below):
- Click Apply and close the dialog.
- Click Save (diskette icon) on the visualisation
-
Save the Ideagen Healthcare Guardian DESIGNER page
Option 2 - Delete all data and all completed instances
Please note that once audit instances are deleted they CANNOT be restored.
Identify the instance ID's number for each completed audit. The easiest way to do this is detailed below:
- Right-click on the row (for the audit you want to end date)
- Click Open Notebook
-
Click [Name of Questionnaire]
- Make a note of all the individual ID's listed. (You may need to click the ellipsis button if these do not show straight away)
- Delete these instances using Question Manager > Instance Admin
- Once all questionnaire instances are deleted, Right-click on the row (for the audit you want to delete
- Click Open Notebook
- Click Delete
