Deleting a Questionnaire Instance
Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.
You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.
To revert incidents with Instance admin, you must navigate to Question Manager.
From the Main Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Menu, navigate to the ‘Send to Menu’ Button
Select ‘Open Admin’.
In the menu on the left, select Question Manager.
Select the category the questionnaire was created in.
The categories are Surveys, Events, Audits and LFPSE.
Select your questionnaire.
In this example, the ‘CAS’ questionnaire will be used.
Select Instance Admin in Question Manager.
Enter the ID number.
On the right-hand side, there is an option that allows you to delete the questionnaire instance.
Finally, click the bin button to delete the instance.
Deleting instances for Events questionnaires
Deleting events is a similar process, however the visual difference between audits and events lies in the final steps.
In the final steps of deleting an instance for the Events questionnaire, a ‘Delete Associated Object’ option appears.
Check the box before clicking the bin Icon.
