All users including Model Administrators.

Reporter permissions (or above) will be required to amend permissions in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Designer.

1. Portal Permissions

1.1. Issue

Users need permissions to access a Portal (or Oversight App), which can be set in INPHASE DESIGNER by any Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Reporter licence holder or higher. If you lack access, an error message will appear when you click on the Portal (or Oversight App).

1.2. Resolution

1. Open the Portal you want to update the permissions for in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Designer (Open in Designer.

2. Click the Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Designer Panel, Portal, Properties and then click the Lock Icon.

3. Update View Permissions as required.
   
   

4. Click Update.

Note: We suggest adding users to custom permission groups with view permissions, allowing all members to access the portal (or Oversight App).
