Accessing a portal/oversight app

No elevated permissions are required.
1. Portal permissions
Users need permissions to access a Portal (or Oversight App), which can be set in INPHASE DESIGNER by any Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Reporter licence holder or above.
If you lack access, you'll see an error message when clicking on a Portal (or Oversight App).
1.1. Steps to resolve
User account management, including username and password resets, is handled by your organisation's Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Oversight Administrator/Administration Team. Please reach out to them for assistance.
