Ideagen Healthcare Guardian 22 Overview

Ideagen Healthcare Guardian 22 has three components Enterprise, Designer and Admin.  All of these now operate fully in modern browsers only (Internet Explorer is no longer supported).

The Main Toolset version updates are around the brilliant forms and form management that has been released into a number of Apps and will now be available within the toolset.

There are four different types of Forms handling available,

1. Surveys, which have the same questions repeated for multiple instances for survey and scores aggregated
2. single event forms, such as an accident
3. LFPSE specific (NHS England connected)
4. audit forms, which have completion and compliance metrics associated to them

The latter two are only available within Apps at this time. The first two types will be available within the toolset Admin in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian 22 for toolset licensed users.

Selected other new features include

  • Series editor allows any standard series to be compared against any other standard series for the same period (Scorecard/Trends/Sunburst)
  • Comparator series value can use date from another series

  • Can now select any of the standard Series (Actual, Plan1-9) to show data.
  • Can also compare any series against any other series.

  • New derived Measure “Count of Unique Values”

• Search Widget (NEW)
  • Populates on page load, used to pass list of Objects/Measure to other widgets with out having to reload for more performant page designs
• Print
  • Updated pdf generator for improved print
• Administration
  • New PowerShell script to start jobs, no longer require legacy Administrator app
• Publishing (legacy feature)
  • New engine that works with new Page Layouts only
  • Use Master Frame to generate a page per option
• Login
  • Azure Ad sites can use [site]/Auth/FormLogin to login in using user name as password.
  • Reset Password, sends email with one time use link, valid for 24 hours
