Users responsible for managing and maintaining audit data in Healthcare Guardian.

Edit Permissions on affected objects or Model Administrator permissions are required. 

Scenario

Audit instances are associated to a Audit Inspection object (#AI) which are created as part of the Healthcare Guardian Audit Deployment Tool. These objects each have a Org Unit associated which is is usually determined from the Organigram in Healthcare Administrator.

However, on an object-by-object basis these can be changed and when the questionnaire data is exported from Healthcare Guardian, the Org Unit could be incorrect. Please see below

The correct version should display the correct Org Unit (in this example: York West and Central)

How to resolve

This is something that you can do locally, by opening the Object Notebook for the specific object and updating the Org Unit field. 

Search for the Object Name in the Search for any page in Healthcare Guardian Enterprise

Right-click on the object in the returns table > Open Notebook

Edit the object (Pencil Icon) > Make the necessary amend > Re-save the object.
 

Make the necessary update > Click Save
