Users and admins who want to learn more about AI prompts in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian
Access to the AI prompts is required.
This article explains how to configure AI Prompts in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian to focus on specific sections or questions within a questionnaire. This helps ensure the AI generates responses based on the most relevant data, improving accuracy and reducing noise from unrelated information.
Why source selection matters
A single questionnaire can contain hundreds of questions, offering a wide range of data points. By default, all questionnaire data is sent to the AI, which can sometimes lead to responses that are influenced by irrelevant information.
To improve the precision of AI-generated responses, you can configure prompts to include only selected sections and/or questions. This helps the AI focus on the most meaningful and contextually appropriate data.
How to configure source questions and sections
- Open Question Manager.
- Select the questionnaire you want to configure.
- Navigate to the AI Prompts tab.
- Choose the prompt you want to edit or create a new one.
- Use the Source Data configuration panel to select the relevant sections and questions.
Only the selected data will be sent to the AI, helping it generate more targeted and useful responses.
Benefits of source data configuration
- Improved relevance: AI focuses only on the data that matters.
- Reduced noise: Eliminates influence from unrelated questions.
- Greater control: Tailor AI behavior to specific use cases.
