This article explains how to configure AI Suggest Answers prompts in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian. This prompt type enables the AI to suggest answers to multiple questions within a questionnaire, based on the data provided—helping users complete forms faster and with greater consistency.

Setting up suggest answers prompts

To configure this feature:

1. Open Question Manager.
2. Select the questionnaire you want to configure.
3. Navigate to the AI Prompts tab.
4. Choose Suggest Answers as the prompt type.
5. Select one or more questions you want the AI to suggest answers for.

You must select at least one question for the prompt to function. Existing answers will not be sent to the AI, ensuring unbiased suggestions.

How it works in a live questionnaire

Once configured, users can run the Suggest Answers prompt during questionnaire completion. The AI will analyze the available data and generate potential answers for the selected questions.

This feature is especially useful for:
