Users responsible for managing Questionnaire template pages.

Performance Modeller or Model Administrator permissions and Ideagen Healthcare Guardian v22+ access are required.

Performance Modellers and Model Administrators can add or maintain Transform to Groups if they are member of the Question Type permission group.

1. How to Export a Transform to Group

1. Access Question Manager.
2. Select the questionnaire type.
3. Open a questionnaire.

4. Select Transform to Group
5. Click Export Transform

6. The Transform to Group file will save in your configured 'downloads, folder

2. How to Import a Transform to Group

1. Create and save a Transform to Group excel file. The list should contain the EXACT options available for the question answer in Column A (Value) and the Name of Group in Column B (Group Name) - example below:

2. Access Question Manager.
3. Select the questionnaire type.
4. Open a questionnaire.

5. Select Transform to Group
6. Click Create New Transform and give a new transform a name
7. Click Create

5. Click Import Transform

9. Click the ellipsis and locate the excel Transform to Group file created previously

10. Click Import

11. Click Save
