All Users responsible for creating and managing object templates

Model Administrator permissions are required.

1.  Open Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Administrator

2. Expand Custom Objects
3. Click Type
4. Click +

5. Give the Object type a Name (singular - i.e. Risk | Incident | Feedback etc.)
6. Give the object type a Code (should be a unique two-character alphabetical code, such as LI, FB, RM etc.)
7. Give the object type a Description (optional)

8.  Click Create
