All users responsible for creating and managing portals and pages in Healthcare Guardian

Reporter licence or above permissions access are required.

1.  Open the page you want to add a freeform to in Healthcare Guardian Designer
   
   
2. Click the cell you want to add the freeform in
3. Click new visualisation

4. Click freeform

   

5. When you have finished creating your freeform, save the freeform

6. Once the freeform has been saved, save the portal to ensure the visualisation show on page (in its position on the portal page)

   Elements of a Freeform

   A freeform is a visualisation that can include flat text and graphics. Below are the elements that can be added as part of a freeform and can be found on the freeform format bar
   
   

   	Move the Freeform format bar
   	Add an action button
   	Add an image
   	Fill freeform with a colour
   	Add a Background
   	Bold [selected] text
   	Italic [selected] test
   	Underline [selected] text
   	Insert a numbered list
   	Insert bullet points
   	Set the font colour
   	Set the highlight (font) colour
   	Set the Font style
   	Set the font size
   	Left Align [selected] text
   	Centre Align [selected] text
   	Right Align [selected] text
   	Add a link
   	Add an anchor
   	Insert a table
   	Show blocks
   	Close the freeform format bar
