Create a task (or action) within a questionnaire instance

To create a task (or action)
- Click the task (task icon) on the section
Setting the Summary
- Decide on a name for the task. This is limited to 100 characters including specials and spaces
- Set the priority of the task (optional)
- Set the stage of the task (optional)
- Set a start date for the task
- Set a due date for the task. This will populate the Completion (est) with the same date unless it is changed
- Set the owner of the task.
- Add a description for the task (optional). This is limited to 1000 characters including specials and spaces
Setting the details
- Set the Org Unit for the task (optional). This will default to the Org Unit the owner is part of according to the Organigram in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Administrator, but can be changed independently
- Decide the planning pattern for the task/ key action. How often you expect an update on the performance of the task / key action
- Set the Scheme for the task. (e.g. Red - Poorly | Amber - Average | Green Good)
- Update any custom tasks fields that might be applicable to your implementation (e.g. Action Type)
- Click Create
- Click Close the task dialog window
- The task / key action will associate itself to the questionnaire / object instance
