Using Manual email on a questionnaire
Who is this article for?
All Users
- Click the email (envelope icon) on the section
- This will open the email dialog window
- Select a user(s) to receive the email (and/or)
- Select a group(s) to receive the email (and/or)
- Populate the recipient's email address
- Add a subject
- Add the message
- Click Save and Send
Please note: if using a recipient's email address, the email domain must also be specified in the Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Administrator > Model > Model Settings > Email Domain Whitelist
Currently Healthcare Guardian does not support customisation of this dialog box, nor offers the ability to only display certain groups in the 'Groups' dropdown. In respect of users, beyond the ability to hide inactive employees; Healthcare Guardian does not currently support the ability to further customise the 'Users' list.
