Customers without (solely) SSO configuration enabled in their Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Solution

Model Administrator and Ideagen Healthcare Guardian V22+ access are required.

1. Opening Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Administrator

In Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Administrator, identify the Job that is scheduled to run automatically (this is normally called Overnight Job, and is usually scheduled to run daily outside normal office hours).

1. In Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Enterprise, click Send to Menu
2. Select Open Admin
   
   

2. Setting Force Password Change for New Users

1. Navigate to Database Configuration > Passwords
   
    
2. Select Force new users to change password on first login
3. Click Save
