1. Configuring users for SSO authentication

If Ideagen Healthcare Guardian licensed users need SSO authentication, ensure their employee profiles contain the correct SSO credentials, typically their email address or domain\user credentials. For any uncertainties, please consult your local IT department.

Model Administrators must ensure each user's SSO ID is unique in the Ideagen Healthcare Guardian system and cannot be reused.
