When creating a Browser Favourite or Internet Bookmark, ensure the URL excludes the date element:

Remove this from the URL before saving the bookmark.

The date in the URL causes Ideagen Healthcare Guardian to open with that view date, potentially leading to perceived data loss if data is absent until after that date. This applies to all Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Portal pages during the browser session unless changed by the user.

If users access Ideagen Healthcare Guardian via their organisation's desktop icon or website, the same rules apply. It is the responsibility of Internal IT Teams to update the URL accordingly.
