Performance Modeller or Model Administrator permissions and Ideagen Healthcare Guardian v24+ access are required.

Performance Modellers and Model Administrators can edit questionnaire templates pages, if they are member of the Question Type permission group.

This article shows you how to add and populate record links in a questionnaire.

1. Identifying the audit instance to move

To find a Records Link section:

1. Access Question Manager.
2. Select the Audit questionnaire type.
3. Select the name of the name audit - e.g. Hand Hygiene Audit

1. Type the instance ID of the audit

2. Moving the completed instance audit

To move the audit:

1. The Move section of instance admin will identifying the current organisation unit the audit is associated to
2. Select a new Organisation Unit from the dropdown menu
3. Click Move

This will recalculate any measures coded QU (audit-based measures) both in the previous object and the new object
