Finding the Questionnaire ID
Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.
You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.
When a questionnaire is submitted it becomes known as a record. Each record has its own SQL table containing the questionnaire data.
Navigating to Live Connect
Open Ideagen Healthcare Guardian in Admin mode.
On the Admin page, select Data Sources from the left menu then Live Connect.
Locating Questionnaire ID
In Live Connect select Questionnaire.
Here, you will find a list of all the questionnaires in your Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Model.
Click Preview and Configure.
Here is a list of records in the SQL table related to the questionnaire.
Multiple ID Explained
The ID relates to an instance of the questionnaire. If multiple rows are showing the instance ID this would mean that there are multiple data points for that record.
For example: for an incident, more than 1 patient might be affected; so multiple patients are affected by the same Incident (ID).
