Reverting Incidents status with Instance Admin in Question Manager.
Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.
You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.
Go to Question Manager.
1. Click the “Send To Menu” Button in the top-right corner
2. Select “Open Admin
3. In the menu on the left Select ‘Question Manager.
4. Select the category the questionnaire was created in.
Surveys, Events, Audits and LFPSE are the current categories.
5. Select your questionnaire.
In this example, the “CAS” questionnaire will be used.
Instance Admin
1. Select Instance Admin in question manager.
2. Enter the ID number.
3. In the “Move To” option, you can select the workflow stage you want it to be reverted to. In this example, there are only two stages. New & Open.
4. Once a workflow is selected, check the box next to “Run Status Change Workflow” & click the 'Confirm Move' box.
5. Once all these steps are achieved, the incident stage will be reverted.
