[Video] Creating a Portal
1) Once logged in to your Ideagen Healthcare Guardian site, click on the 'Portals' option in the menu at the top of the page.
2) You will find a green button on the right-hand side of the screen. Click this button to create a portal.
A new tab will open and you will be asked to fill out some information about your new portal.
3) First, there are several templates to choose from.
4) Choose the template you want your new portal to be based on and choose a name. The name can be changed once you've finished setting up.
5) The portal owner will automatically be assigned to the person creating it. However, you can change the portal ownership if needed, by clicking on the icon and choosing from the list of users. You can also provide a portal description if it's needed.
6) Click on the green 'create portal' button and your new portal will be created.
