Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.

You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.

Accessing the Site

To access Ideagen Healthcare Guardian, please enter your Ideagen Healthcare Guardian URL into any web browser, and enter your username and password, as provided by your Model Administrator. Unless your organisation is using Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Single Sign-on.

Navigation

To navigate the Risk Management portal, click ‘Risk Management’ from the Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Central landing page.

View Date

Data entered and displayed in Ideagen Healthcare Guardian is tracked by date. This means that if you wish to view data and information based on a historical time period(s), or future time period(s); simply change the view date.

The view date is always located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Widget toolbar options

Open Details (Performance Pop-Up)

There are several ways to access the details pop window. Simply click ‘Details’ to open the pop-up and show more information about the information you are viewing.

• By clicking on the action icon in a table
• By opening the context menu
• Through widget interactivity

The Performance Pop-Up also allows users to either view data or information.

Adding Data

Wherever the following icon is seen within the Risk Management, data or information can be added if the user has the required permissions. Permissions are managed by the Model Administrator.

Turn on Data Entry Mode

Once data or information has been added, simply click the to save the data and to return to view mode.

Adding a Comment

Wherever the following icons are seen within the Risk Management, users will be allowed to make a comment or add a document. By default, users can only add an initial comment / start a conversation if they have permission to do so.

Clicking on either of these icons will display a commentary dialogue box. Users also have complete formatting control of any commentary they add through the commentary dialogue box. In addition, screenshots (if adding commentary using a smart device) and documents can be added to supplement the comments being made.

Page Selectors

On each page, users can use one or more dropdown lists to control the data displayed on the screen. On some pages, only one dropdown list may be displayed; a second may be displayed once you have selected from the first dropdown list.
