1) Select the portals option on the menu at the top of the page. 

2) Choose between 'my portals' that you own, 'general portals' for everyone or 'developments' which are usually hidden from general users. 

3) You can search for a portal name by using the search bar. 

4) Right-click the portal you need and select 'copy portal'. You'll be prompted to choose a new name for this copy, as all portals need unique names across the site. 

5) To delete the portal, right-click and select 'delete portal'.
