Team Plans
- The corporate plan is the top-level plan for the organisation. Once this plan has objectives and measures in place, the team plans can be built
- Team plans allow each team or individual to allow their own goals, measures and objectives to align with the broader goals of the corporate plan
- This page is structured similarly to that of the corporate plan plage, but with a few differences
- There are additional fields in the information and governance tables to add narrative around reasoning and enablers and also associate the team plan to an org unit and to a corporate plan
- Underneath the table, there are the outcomes of the corporate plan that this team plan is linked to
- By clicking on the outcome, you can view the details, measures and actions of that outcome
- As you move down the page, you can select the outcomes for your team plan, and view the same information as you saw in the corporate plan pages
- Just above the Plan Finance section, there is a section where you can add operational processes
- You can add these by selecting ‘Add Process’ and filling out the Name, Owner and Start Date mandatory fields
- Click ‘Create’
- Once the process has been created, you can either clone a measure or create one from scratch using the same process as mentioned before
Team Plan Details
- This page allows you to focus on a team plan’s outcomes and sub-objectives in more detail
- First, choose the plan from the drop-down menu
- Then, click on the outcome displayed in the performance cards
- This will populate the frames below with the measures, actions and sub-objectives of the plan
- This page acts the same as the Corporate Plan Details

- You can also edit the data values for the actual and target series, which will accumulate over each period in line with the accumulation settings applied to the measure in the table above
Plan Data Connections
- The Plan Data Connections page is driven by the drop-down selection box
- Once the selection has been made, the page will populate with the outcomes and objectives of the selected plan with the measures associated to them
- You can then amend the Org unit and set the data source by searching for the relevant data object in the pop-up box
- By selecting the data source, you are selecting the object that Ideagen Healthcare Guardian will take the information from to populate the measure data
- By doing this, the measure data only needs to be added to the data object, not to each instance of the measure across all of the different outcomes and objectives
- You can use the focus icon to put the measure into focus in the table at the foot of the page which can be used to check whether the accumulation and aggregation settings are working like they’re supposed to
Plan Structure Page
- The plan structure page contains a diagrammatic view of the impact map with all of the plans in the app so you can see how everything interconnects and impacts each other
