[Video] Premises Assurance Model (PAM) for End Users
The Integrated Assurance Dashboard
- This dashboard brings together all the Quality and Assurance Compliance elements together
- You will see your CQC Core Service Overview, any audit inspections that are taking place, strategic risks from corporate risk registers, your organisational action plans and other compliance, such as NICE and procedural documents
The Ward Level Dashboard
- Select which section or division you would like to look at in the search bar on the top left-hand corner of the page
- At the top of the page, you will see key, headline metrics
- To the left of the page, there is a sunburst chart denoting a CQC self-assessment summary with a RAG rating
- On the right-hand side, there are a number of performance scorecards representing your KPIs, also coded with a RAG rating that denotes performance against specific measures
- To look at a KPI in more detail, double-click on it to open the details to bring up the performance analysis in a pop-up window
- Here, you can look at the statistical analysis of the KPI, including within a certain time frame, the projected performance in the future and how you’re performing against the target
- On the right-hand side, there is a discussion window which allows you to add comments and attach evidence to the narrative
- If you scroll down in this performance pop-up window, you’ll see the actions relating to this specific KPI
- Further down this window, there is an impact section that shows what this specific KPI impacts across the organisation and a diagrammatic view of this in an impact map
- Anything that you wish to know more about, you can double click and the information will come up for you
Premises Assurance Model
- At the top left-hand side of the page, you will see a sunburst diagram denoting key objectives
- You can click on any of these segments to update the table on the right-hand side with more details, which updates the key lines of enquiry showing the previous year’s rating and the current rating
- You can click on each of these key lines to update the prompt table below with more details
- In the table, you can see what the prompt question is. To the left-hand side of the table, there is a details button which can load up the performance pop-up analysis
- To do your self-assessment, enter data-entry mode, make the updates you need and click save
- This data can be exported to Excel, using the ‘Export’ icon
- You can also print this page using the Print to PDF option in the top-right hand corner of the page
- Ideagen Healthcare Guardian will also send out reminders about things that need to be done to your emails as notifications
The PAM Action Tracker
- The current performance of the tasks will be displayed at the top of the page
- At the bottom of the page, there is a table also showing the performance of specific actions
- You can use the slicers at the top of the table to filter the information
- For more details about an action, simply double-click it to open it in a pop-up window
PAM Export
- This is the export that you need to upload to the regulator
- This pulls through all your assurance, responses, gaps in assurance, evidence and actions
- You can update the data from here using the ‘data entry’ icon in the top-right-hand corner of the page
- You can also do your export to Excel in the same place using an adjacent icon
