1) Select the 'Audit' option on the menu bar visible from your Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Home Page. This will take you to the main audit portal. 

2) Next, select the area that you work in. Click on the drop-down menu to see the list of areas you have access to see. 

3) Select the area you need. The page will refresh, and you'll be taken to a page displaying the list of audits you need to complete.

4) To complete an audit, select 'open' to be taken to the audit page. Here, you can start a new audit. 

5) Start filling in the questions as required. 

6) Questions with a red asterisk are required questions, and you can't submit the form without answering these. 

7) Some questions have answers that bring up additional questions for clarity. Answer those questions as they appear. 

8) Once completed, press submit, and you've completed your audit. 

9) You will get presented with your answers, and you can return to your audit list. 

10) You can see any audits you've completed at any time. Simply click on the audit, press 'open', and you will see previous answers. You can also view any historic audit this way.
