Configuring a Second Y-Axis on a Bar or a Line Chart
Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.
You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.
For charts where you have multiple data series on the same chart, you may need to plot one dataset on the left Y-Axis and create a second Y-Axis on the right.
To activate the right Y-Axis, scroll down to the bottom of the axis area of the chart designer in the properties tab open the lowest options that say Y-Axis (Right) and click the enable toggle to activate the right Y-Axis.
You will need to then select which dataset you would like to use the new Y-Axis (Right). This is done on the data tab. We suggest completing this step here so you can see your data represented in the chart preview to then make formatting changes.
You should then go back to the Axis tab to configure your Y-Axis (Right) settings.
We recommend using manual range and tick intervals when using a second axis. This enables you to align the two axis together so there are only major gridlines across the chart with even spacing instead of dynamically generated mis-spaced lines.
