Modifying Columns on a Scorecard in the Apps
Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.
You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.
1) Open the relevant page in Designer mode.
2) If the ‘saved state’ of the page loads without a scorecard displaying, you may need to double-click on one of the page buttons to display the scorecard.
3) Click on the ‘Open Data’ icon in the cell menu.
4) Click on the ‘Series’ tab in the Query Builder.
5) The ‘properties’ of the ‘objects’ displayed in the table are configured in the series tab.
6) The order of the properties up and down the tab corresponds with the display of the scorecard from left to right on the page.
7) Click ‘Add Series’ to add another column.
8) Select ‘Property’ in the ‘Series’ column.
9) Search for the property name in the ‘Display’ column.
a) Please check the ‘Object Sync’ tab in Question Manager for the relevant Questionnaire.
b) Not all questions in the Questionnaire are passed to the ‘Object’ by default.
c) Available properties will display when searching.
10) Click and drag the property to re-position in the list.
11) Click ‘Apply’.
12) Right-click on the new column in the scorecard and select ‘Auto size column.’
13) Right-click again on the new column and select ‘Align > Centre.’
14) To add the field as a slicer, right-click in the slicer panel and select ‘Show Dimension Panel’
a) If the slicer panel is not displaying, right-click on a column header, and select ‘Show slicer panel’
15) Search for the same property and click and drag it onto the slicer panel.
16) Save the visualisation only.
a) Do not save the page overall, as this will overwrite the ‘saved state’ of the page and cause it to load each time with your amended visualisation in focus.
b) This can cause your Ideagen Healthcare Guardian site to slow down, depending on how much information is being loaded each time the page is accessed.
