Enterprise Users will be able to view and interact with pages. Performance Managers/Modellers can edit pages and objects, and Model Administrators have full permissions.

You will still need to check your personal permissions to access this area with your site Administrator.

• Open Ideagen Healthcare Guardian Administrator.
• Navigate to the appropriate Questionnaire in Question Manager.
• Click on the ‘Workflow’ tab.
• Double click on the tile that represents the workflow stage in question (this should be the stage the record is in at the time of completion, rather than the stage you’re moving it to)
• Click on ‘Form Action Buttons’
• Click on the button that represents the one the user would select to move the record to the desired stage.
• Select the relevant section from the ‘section to complete before leaving this stage’ dropdown.
• Click ‘Apply’
• Click ‘Save and Overwrite’

Please note, if a question has ‘when to show’ settings that means it is hidden within this workflow stage, it will not be considered within the required validation.

Furthermore, if the question is set to ‘locked’ and does not have a default value assigned (or a value as a result of a data migration), it will not display in the Questionnaire.
