Ideagen Hub brings together all your Ideagen solutions, Luminate support and AI-powered capabilities in a single, secure experience. The date you start to benefit from Ideagen Hub will be confirmed by email — but before we get into the detail, here's what matters most.

Key facts

For most users, nothing changes If you raise incidents or complete forms via a direct link, your access route is completely unaffected. No new login, no new steps — everything works exactly as it does today.

Your data and agreements are untouched There is no change to data storage, infrastructure or processing. Your existing Data Processing Agreements remain valid. Nothing to update, nothing to resubmit.

You will receive an email from Ideagen Hub — it is legitimate When your account gets integrated into Ideagen Hub, you will receive a welcome email asking you to set a new password. This is not phishing. If you miss it, your administrator can resend it, or you can use the forgot password option on the login screen.
